Hiring
I am open to full-time and strong contract roles where the work sits at the intersection of product engineering, backend and distributed systems, and applied AI (RAG, retrieval, agentic workflows, production LLM features).
Background: BUET Computer Science & Engineering (B.Sc., ongoing). Day-to-day experience includes shipping under real traffic and incident pressure, async pipelines and APIs, and security-aware backend design—not demo-only AI.

Consultation
I take limited advisory and short consulting engagements—for example: architecture and API design, retrieval and RAG quality, Redis/queue/worker patterns, async orchestration, or a focused code or design review before a launch or fundraise.
Format: Usually a paid scoping call or a small fixed-scope review (written notes or a short follow-up call). Not a substitute for full-time hiring; best when you need a second pair of eyes or a concrete plan.
How to book: Email with Consultation in the subject line (or the first line of the body). Include goal, constraints (timeline, stack), and whether you want a one-off call or a written review. I will reply with availability and, if it is a fit, next steps and rates.
Collaboration
Open source & community: Happy to discuss meaningful contributions—bug fixes, reviews, or small features—on projects that match my stack and time. Prefer issues or PRs with clear scope over vague “let’s build something” threads.
Research & side projects: Open to collaboration with a defined problem statement and realistic timeline. Academic or experimental work is welcome if expectations around commitment and authorship are explicit up front.
Commercial work: For ongoing or larger scopes, route through Consultation or a formal contract after we align on scope.
